City of Dawn by Noxypia City of Dawn by Noxypia
I have been doing some experiments on how to organize my color schemes. This is one of the results I have been working so far.

The colors, wow.  Not a palette I would ever choose, but you not only made them work- you made me LOVE them together- THAT is talent and you have buckets of it :)

The pairs of complementary colors are very powerful, albeit very tricky and difficult to play with. I suggest you to observe these techniques both in nature and artworks of old  and new masters. :)

So what was your thinking behind this piece then, regarding organizing colour schemes? :) I'm curious of your process!

I was experimenting on the contemporary colors. The early color scheme was too narrow in hue, then I decided to use square shape to increase the possibility of color results and to limit other colors that would mess up my color scheme. The hues themselves have their own values as you can see how orange-yellow is the most lightest color in the picture.
