Ah yes, he got played by destiny to the very end, all by a loophole in the prophesies... if only he had not been so adamant in proving them wrong, he would not have taken the bait and start spreading his fire through the surface.

The glowing magma giving contrast to his ribs is the sort of macabre touch that makes character design memorable.
